Just as we Shape Flex to strengthen our communication effectiveness, especially in challenging situations on a daily basis, we also flex naturally throughout life, somewhat matching the typical life stages. As we mature and our bodies and minds age, we begin to see life differently. As we grow older, the things that once seemed so important may no longer seem so vital. Another way of describing this change in perspective is Shape Evolution.
Shape Evolution can be defined as the various phases you experience throughout your life and how your Shape evolves as a result.
Here's what you need to know about the Evolved Squiggle

It is only fair to tell you that an evolved Squiggle is highly unlikely. Once a Squiggle, always a Squiggle! It is very difficult for this tiger to change their stripes. The Squiggle is not only a personality type, but also a strong way of thinking and perceiving life. Oh, yes, the Squiggle may experience a temporary evolution from time to time. But don’t be fooled, the creative bent and dramatic expression will re-emerge. The temporary evolutions allow the Squiggle to adapt to their life circumstances: (1) to do a Box job from 8 to 5, (2) to behave as a loving Circle when they need an audience, and (3) to make a Triangular argument in defense of a new idea. However, it is almost impossible for a Squiggle to evolve to another Shape.
The pure Squiggle has a wanderlust; an unquenchable need to experiment, to explore, to discover. The need to withdraw into deep thought is juxtaposed to the equally strong need within the Squiggle to emerge as the life of the party! Although these tendencies can be modified, they cannot be nullified.
